Director: Josh Cass
Josh has worked for the last decade on interfaith and cross-communal projects in the UK and abroad. He was Programme Manager at the Encompass Trust from 2005 – 2008, where he helped set up projects bringing together young Israelis and Palestinians for intensive residential programmes in the UK. Since then he has worked for St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace and at 3FF.
He has strong links with the Jewish community and works with New North London Synagogue to develop their social action programme. Josh has an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS, and is developing religious literacy training for foreign policy professionals in partnership with 3FF and World Faith.

Communications manager / editor: Emma Pearson
Emma is a writer and editor, specialising in Middle Eastern affairs. When not in the FODIP office, she can often be found in Amman, bothering Jordanians for stories and then attempting to coax the internet to work so that she can upload them.
She has an MSc. in Middle Eastern Politics, and has been working for FODIP since January 2014.
